	19-23 April: Scoping Meetings for DPEIS
	26 April – 4 June: Prepare Preliminary Draft LCA Study Report and DPEIS
	4-25 June: Internal review of Report and DPEIS
	2 July: Submit draft report / DPEIS to EPA
	9 July to 23 August: 45-day Study Report and DPEIS Public Review and Comment period
	24 August to 17 October: Respond to comments on draft report; prepare final report / Final PEIS
	22 Oct – 22 Nov: Corps’ Internal Review of Main Report and FPEIS
	5 Nov: Notice of Availability of LCA Main Report and FPEIS in Federal Register
	5 Nov – 6 Dec: 30-day state, agency and public review and comment period
	7 Dec – 14 Dec: Respond to state, agency and public comments
	15 Dec: Final MRC Report Signed
	31 Jan 05: Signed Chief of Engineers Report transmitted to Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works)
